In-House Warranty Information
Your watch is backed by our own in house limited functional warranty for the first 12 months after the purchase. The warranty covers any symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, not keeping proper time, or other functional defect. Should you need a service don’t hesitate to call. We service only through authorized ADs of the brand of the watch and in the rare case that is not possible it is sent to our partners at Bennison, located in Florida. This would all be of course free of charge, during the first 12 month period.
NOT COVERED BY IN HOUSE WARRANTY:

Regular wear-and-tear from normal use.

External damage to the product. Any damages resulting from what to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.

Defects caused by outside force for improper use. Consequential and incidental damages.

The loss of precious, and semi-precious stones from settings.

Outside modifications and third party repair attempts of any kind void the warranty.

Any damage if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer's water resistance guidelines.

Watches that are labeled as water resistant and feature a screw down crown. The crown must be screwed down properly at all times to keep the watch casing watertight. Water damage is not covered under the warranty unless it is proven defective by either the brand or the watch or our partners at Bennisson.
Watches Under Manufacturer Warranty
The following applies to watches sold with an active OEM\Manufacture Warranty:

Item must be actively covered by the OEM\Manufacture warranty for any or all the below.

Customers are asked to refer to any manuals and/or to speak with the OEM\Manufacture directly in the case of any issues covered under the warranty.

It is preferred for the customer t handle manufacture warranty issues directly with the watch manufacture, is desired we will hand said issues free of charge during the first 12 months of purchase.

After the initial 12 month purchase period we will handle such issues upon request for a service fee as well as any other shipping or additional service charges.

Watch must be sent with box, papers, and any and all other items relating to the watch at time of purchase, if requesting us to handle manufacture warranty issues.

In the case. and active OEM\Manufacture warranty expires within 12 months of purchase date, our in house warranty automatically takes effect at such time until the first 12 months of purchase has been completed.

All returns must be double boxed with proper padding.

Any damage or alterations to the item after delivery or during return shipping will void the return.
