Welcome to T Signature Timepieces LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), owned by Therezinha LLC. By accessing or using our website tsignaturetimepieces.com and our services—including online purchases, in-person appointments, sourcing, trading, consignments, and sales—you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).
By purchasing from us, using our website, or engaging in any services provided by us, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, kindly refrain from using our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or services. By using this site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Products & Authenticity
We specialize in luxury watches and guarantee that all timepieces sold or consigned through us are 100% authentic to the best of our knowledge. Any modifications or aftermarket components (if applicable) will be clearly disclosed.
3. Buying from Us

All items are sold as-is and are subject to availability.

Not All Items Listed Are Immediately Available: Some items listed on our website may not be immediately available. These items will be sourced for the customer, and the sourcing process will begin upon confirmation of the order. We will provide an estimated delivery timeline upon agreement.

Prices are listed in USD, and we reserve the right to change them at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before any watch is shipped or handed over in person.

All Credit Card Payments: For all credit card payments, we require a selfie of the customer with the front of their driver's license and credit card showing the credit card numbers. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and ensure the identity of the cardholder. We will securely store this information for verification purposes only.
Payment Contract for Chargeback-Subject Transactions: For each credit card transaction or any transaction that may be subject to a chargeback, the customer must sign a Payment Contract. This contract will outline the terms of payment and the understanding that any chargeback initiated by the customer after the transaction will result in penalties and fees, including but not limited to the transaction cost, administrative fees, and any chargeback fees imposed by our payment processor. By signing the contract, the customer agrees to these terms and acknowledges that the transaction is final and non-refundable.
4. Selling / Trading to Us

When selling or trading a watch to us, you confirm you are the rightful owner and the item is free of any legal encumbrances.

Counterfeit Watches: Any trade-ins deemed counterfeit will not be accepted. The customer will be charged a $300 fee to have the counterfeit watch returned. If the fee is not paid within 30 days of notification, the item will be disposed of.

Stolen Watches: Any watches that are deemed to be stolen will be returned to the rightful owner, and authorities will be notified when applicable.

All watches submitted for evaluation must be in your possession and described honestly.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any offer after inspecting the watch in person or via detailed photos.
5. Consignment

Authentication Requirement: All watches being consigned to us must first be sent to our Authentication Centerfor authenticity and functionality confirmation. The watch must pass this inspection before being accepted for consignment.

Consignment Fees: Our consignment fees include any and all shipping charges to and from our facility, as well as one polish if necessary.

If service work beyond a polish is deemed necessary (e.g., repairs or movement servicing), it will be the client's responsibility to cover those additional costs.

New Sales Price: If service work is not performed on the watch when necessary, a new suggested sales price will be discussed with the client based on the watch's condition after the authentication process.

Consignment Period: The minimum consignment period is 30 days. During this time, the watch will be marketed for sale on our platform. After 30 days, the consignment agreement can be extended or terminated based on mutual agreement.

Consignment Contract: A consignment contract will be sent to all clients. The contract will include the agreed-upon price, consignment fee, and consignment period. Both parties must sign the contract before consignment begins.

Stolen Watches: If a watch is found to be stolen, it will be returned to the original owner, and the authorities will be contacted when necessary.

Counterfeit Watches: If a watch is deemed counterfeit, the owner will be charged a $300 fee to have it returned. If the $300 fee is not paid within 30 days of notification, the item will be disposed of.

The item remains your property until sold, and it must remain in our custody throughout the consignment period.

Early termination of a consignment agreement may incur a handling fee.
6. Sourcing

We offer personal sourcing services for specific watch models. A 10% deposit is required to initiate the sourcing process. This deposit is fully refundable if the client proceeds with the purchase.

If the client cancels the sourcing service before the watch is secured and within 30 days of the deposit, the deposit will be forfeited.

Not All Items Are Immediately Available: Some items listed on our website may not be available at the time of purchase. These items will be sourced for the customer, and we will provide an estimated timeline for delivery once the item is secured.

Timelines for sourcing may vary depending on availability and market demand.
7. Return Policy
We want you to be 100% confident in your purchase. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 72 hours of delivery — no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your item. Please do not ship anything back until we have provided you with detailed packing instructions and a prepaid return label.
Important:

All returns must be double-boxed with proper padding to ensure the item is protected during shipping.

Any damage or alterations to the item after delivery or during return shipping will void the return.

Returns that are not shipped according to our instructions will also be void.

8. Shipping

We offer overnight insured shipping on all orders at no additional cost.

All shipping insurance, handling, and packaging fees are completely free of charge.

Item Pickup: All purchased items must be picked up at a local FedEx location unless the location is more than 20 miles from the customer's shipping address.

If a FedEx location is not within 20 miles of the customer's shipping address, the item will be delivered directly to the customer’s provided address with a direct signature required upon receipt.

If FedEx is unable to deliver the item due to the recipient being unavailable to receive or sign for the item, we will reattempt the shipping process. If the item is returned to us a second time due to the recipient’s inability to receive or sign for it, the sale will be voided, and the customer will be refunded the full amount.

Shipping costs and insurance are free of charge, and we provide secure, insured shipping for all items.
9. In-Person Appointments

By booking an in-person appointment, you agree to arrive on time and communicate any changes at least 24 hours in advance.

Security measures may be in place during in-person meetups, and we appreciate your cooperation for everyone’s safety.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including images, logos, text, and branding—is the property of T Signature Timepieces LLC and may not be used without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or services.
12. Privacy

Customer Information: We respect your privacy and ensure that your name, age, address, purchases, and any other sensitive information will not be shared with anyone outside of our business. This includes contracts, verification photos, or other personal details provided to us.

Data Retention: All customer contracts, photos for verification purposes, and other sensitive data will be securely stored for up to three years from the last purchase date. After this time, the data will be destroyed to ensure your privacy.

We never share your personal information without your consent, except where required by law. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for more detailed information on how we handle and protect your personal data.
13. Warranty
In-House Warranty Information:
Your watch is backed by our own in-house limited functional warranty for the first 12 months after the purchase. The warranty covers any symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, not keeping proper time, or other functional defects. Should you need service, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Authorized Servicing: We service watches only through authorized ADs (Authorized Dealers) of the brand of the watch. In the rare case that servicing through an authorized AD is not possible, the watch will be sent to our partners at Bennison, located in Florida. This service is free of charge within the first 12-month period.
NOT COVERED BY IN-HOUSE WARRANTY:

Regular wear-and-tear from normal use.

External damage to the product (e.g., damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, bracelet, bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage).

Defects caused by outside force or improper use, including consequential and incidental damages.
-
Loss of precious and semi-precious stones from settings.
-
Modifications or third-party repairs void the warranty.
-
Damage due to use under conditions that exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines.

Water damage will not be covered under the warranty unless it is proven defective by the manufacturer or our partners at Bennison.
Watches Under Manufacturer Warranty:

Watches that are sold with an active OEM/Manufacturer warranty are covered under that warranty for any defects outlined by the manufacturer.

Customers should refer to the manuals and/or speak with the OEM/Manufacturer directly in the case of issues covered by the warranty.

It is preferred that the customer handles manufacturer warranty issues directly with the manufacturer. If the customer prefers, we can assist with the warranty process free of charge during the first 12 months after purchase.

After the initial 12-month period, we will assist with any warranty-related issues for a service fee and may also charge for shipping or additional service charges.

The watch must be sent with box, papers, and all other items included at the time of purchase if requesting us to handle manufacturer warranty issues.
In the event that the OEM/Manufacturer warranty expires within 12 months of the purchase date, our in-house warranty will take effect until the first 12 months of purchase has been completed.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services means you accept those changes.
